Happy anniversary sthandwa sam! We’ve made it a calendar year all the way through!
What a beautiful mess of a year it has been; coloured with all sorts of emotions, both good and bad. There have been days where I was the trials and you were the tribulations. However, we always came out holding hands as the testimony.
A year ago on this day, I reached out because I was about to make the biggest move and career jump of my life and I couldn’t imagine this next chapter of my life without you. As a matter of fact, if this was our final chapter; I wouldn’t turn the page. I’d reread every page of it until I could recite it backwards and then translate it into all 12 official languages just to I can tell anyone who will listen, just now much I love you.
You are well and truly, my greatest love and my best friend in this life. My biggest prayer for our relationship in this new chapter, is peace and a love unrelenting.
